Have found a great Gluten Free Salad Dressing. Its from Tar10, a local food producer from the Hunter Valley. Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with fresh garlic and rosemary enhances salads, vegetables or as an additive when cooking. Made with fresh Australian Ingredients at Gresford. Gluten Free and free of preservatives and colouring, so it really ticks all of the boxes.

The brand is called Tar10 and has a range of inspired Australian made condiments, sauces, relishes and chutneys. Made in Gresford in the beautful Hunter Valley, they are well worth tasting if you come across them.
